After you have removed every song you will find when you open your app the Liked Songs playlist has removed itself automatically. As I have only just done this I am not sure if the tracks you play on Spotify may automatically be saved to the Songs file, in which case you may have to repeat this procedure again. The song will show up in the list of songs on the PC app but are missing on the Android app (the issue also happens where a song will be saved in the android app but missing on the pc app). This is annoying because I like to find songs while at work and then play them while driving in the car. Usually Liked Songs is listed under playlist and it's missing. When I view my library its empty. I also had the app setup to download all songs. If I like a new song is does NOT appear under liked or my library the lists remain empty.
